Me and my class had to do draw 4 zones of regulation If we are in the red zone we can try squeezing lemons and dragon breathing . Sad zones mean your sad, moving slowly you can try talking a break talking to a friend green mean happy ready to learn. I can try helping friend doing my best.
I am a Year 7 student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful and helpful when you leave me a comment.

2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Well done Sophie. You have described the zones of regulation and what you can do if you are trying to move from the other zones into the green 'ready to learn' zone. Super photos too! Can you describe some times when you have been in the yellow or blue zone and what you have done about it?
